D. Nolan Blades 		Nolan Blades is President of Sunny Gables Holdings Ltd. (Calgary). He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a Professional Engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Blades was President and CEO of Pursuit Resources Corp. (1993 to 2000), prior to which he held senior executive positions with Chauvco Resources Ltd. and Oakwood Petroleum Ltd. He is also a director of Gemini Corporation.

Harry S. Campbell Q.C. 		Harry Campbell is Vice-Chair of the law firm Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP (Calgary). He has a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Calgary, and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Alberta. He was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1974 and was appointed Queen's Counsel in 2000. He has extensive experience with Canadian oil and gas transactions and international petroleum and natural gas matters. Mr. Campbell is also a director of Delphi Energy Corp., Immersive Media Corp. and The Cathay Investment Fund Limited.

Tullio Cedraschi 		Tullio Cedraschi is a Corporate Director and former President and CEO of the CN Investment Division (Montreal). He holds an MBA from McGill University. He is also a director of the Toronto Stock Exchange, a Governor Emeritus of McGill University, and a Governor of the National Theatre School of Canada.

Peter T. Harrison 		Peter Harrison is Manager, North American Equities, for the CN Investment Division (Montreal). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University, an MBA from the University of Western Ontario, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He is also a director of Pace Oil & Gas Ltd.

William O. Ingram 		William O. Ingram is President & Chief Executive Officer of Freehold Resources Ltd. and Rife Resources Ltd. (Calgary). He was Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer of Freehold and Rife from August 2008 to May 2009, and prior to that was Vice-President, Production. Prior to joining Rife in 1984, he held senior engineering positions with Amoco Canada Petroleum Company Ltd. Mr. Ingram holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta and is a Professional Engineer.


P. Michael Maher 		Michael Maher is a Professional Engineer, Professor and former Dean of the Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan, an MBA from the University of Western Ontario, a Ph.D. from Northwestern University, and a Doctor of Commerce (honoris causa) degree from St. Mary's University. Mr. Maher has conducted and published research on various aspects of coprorate governance and the audit function. He is also a director of WellPoint Systems Inc.

David J. Sandmeyer 		David Sandmeyer is a Corporate Director and former President and CEO of Freehold Resources Ltd. and Rife Resources Ltd. (Calgary). Prior to joining Rife in 1982, he held senior positions with Amoco Canada Petroleum Company Ltd. A graduate of the University of Saskatchewan, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a Professional Engineer. He is also a director of Anderson Energy Ltd. and Delphi Energy Corp.

Rodger Tourigny 		Rodger Tourigny is the President of Tourigny Management Ltd. (Calgary). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan and is a Chartered Accountant with extensive financial experience in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Tourigny has been providing consulting services since 1979 primarily dealing with oil and gas, financial services and real estate.

Michael J. Okrusko 		Mike Okrusko, Senior Vice-President, Special Projects, joined Rife (Calgary) and Canpar in October 1982 as Manager of Land. His appointment as Vice-President of Freehold Resources was effective with the formation of the Trust in November 1996. Mr. Okrusko is a graduate of the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (Petroleum Technology) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) degree from the University of Calgary. Mr.Okrusko is a member of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen and has attained the P. Land designation.

Garry W. Bieber 		Garry Bieber was appointed Vice-President, Production of Freehold Resources Ltd. (Calgary) effective August 13, 2008. Mr. Bieber joined Rife in 1985 as Chief Engineer and has been Manager of Production since 1991. He is responsible for Environment, Health & Safety, production and drilling operations, and economic evaluations. Mr. Bieber is a Professional Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geological Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan.

J. Frank George 		Frank George, Vice-President, Exploitation of Freehold Resources Ltd. (Calgary), joined Rife in 1983 as Chief Geologist and became Vice-President, Exploration in 1994. He is responsible for the management and coordination of all exploration and geological evaluation activities of Rife. In 1996, he was appointed Vice-President Exploitation. A graduate of the University of Calgary, Mr. George is a registered Professional Geologist in Alberta and a member of the Canadian Society of Petroleum Geologists.

Darren G. Gunderson 		Darren Gunderson was appointed Vice-President, Finance & Chief Financial Officer of Freehold Resources Ltd. and Rife Resources Ltd.(Calgary) on August 13, 2008. He joined Rife in 1991 and became Controller in 1999. Mr. Gunderson holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan and is a Certified General Accountant.

Michael J. Stone 		Michael Stone, Vice-President, Land of Freehold Resources Ltd. (Calgary) began his association with Rife in 2008 as a consultant becoming Manager, Land Negotiations - Business Development and then General Manager, Land in 2009. Mr. Stone's appointment as Vice President, Land was effective March 1, 2010. Prior to joining Rife, Mr. Stone was Vice-President, Land with Real Resources Ltd. Mr. Stone holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and is a member of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen.

Michael J. Mogan 		Michael Mogan was appointed Controller of Freehold Resources (Calgary) effective August 13, 2008. Mr. Mogan joined Rife in 2003 as a Senior Accountant and was most recently the Manager of Financial Accounting. He is a Certified Management Accountant.

Karen C. Taylor 		Karen Taylor, Manager, Investor Relations and Corporate Secretary, joined Rife (Calgary) in February 1997 as Manager, Corporate Communications. Her appointment as Corporate Secretary was effective February 27, 2008. Ms. Taylor is a member of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute (CIRI) and the Canadian Society of Corporate Secretaries (CSCS).
